FinalForms at Danbury
Danbury Local School District is pleased to announce that we are transitioning to electronic forms collection for the 2019-20 school year. We have partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service that will be replacing paper forms. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign enrollment, back-to-school and athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.
Our FinalForms rollout will begin with all students in grades 7-12 who will participate in a fall sport for the 2019-20 school year. Beginning the week of May 28th, 2019, parents of these students will receive an email from FinalForms containing account sign up information. Please use this information to create an account and submit your athlete's information BEFORE they begin practicing for any fall sports. All students who have submitted online forms during this window will not be required to re-submit back-to-school forms in the fall.
**All fall sports athletes must complete their online forms before they will be able to participate**
All other students and families will submit back-to-school forms using the FinalForms platform starting in August, 2019. Parents will recieve an email in August when accounts are created. This website will be updated once accounts have been created and general registration for the 2019-20 school year is open.
**Currently, ONLY fall sports athletes & parents need to access FinalForms. A rollout for all students will take place in August, 2019**
