Effingham Unit #40 and the Depart of Early Childhood will offer screenings for parents to discover how their child is developing in the areas of speech, language, concepts, and motor skills. Vision and hearing screening are also offered free of charge.
If your child is already in the Unit #40 ECSE Preschool, kindergarten, or Head Start, he/she will not need to go through this screening. Signed parent/guardian permission is required.
