Info for incoming 7th graders and for 6th graders:
MCV4 (meningitis), Tdap (tetanus booster) – both required for 7th grade; HPV optional
Pre-K/Kindergartners (if vaccines not up-to-date):
DTaP, Polio (IPV), MMR, Varicella, possibly Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B
